About Us
M O S & Associates LLP, a Hyderabad based firm of Chartered Accountants with over 3 decades of professional experience. The firm has handled different types of professional works viz. Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Income Tax Audits, Process Audits, Management Audits and also provided services in Income Tax related matters, Financial Management Services, Project Financing etc.

Team
Smt. Susan Mani (Partner)
is in full-time practice since 1990 and she has gained varied experience in statutory and internal audits of several prominent public and private companies apart from Income Tax audits. She has gained expert knowledge in conducting Income Tax Audits and in analysis of financial statements.
Sri Mandava Premchand (Partner)
is in full time practice since 2002 and a qualified Information Systems Auditor (ISA) and a diploma holder in Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) conferred by the ICAI. He is a Gold Medallist in B.Com (Hons.) from Osmania University for securing overall highest marks and a rank holder in C.A. Foundation Examination. He has gained expert knowledge in conducting banking and insurance sector audits, analysis of financial statements of corporate clients and preparation of various reports and statements under various statutes.
Sri S.V.C. Reddy (Partner)
is associated with the firm since 2009. He has conducted statutory audits, internal audits, income tax audits and internal audits of various sector companies including listed companies. He has also gained rich experience in conducting management and operational audits of corporate clients and in preparation and presentation of financial statements as per various regulatory requirements.
Sri Oommen Mani (Partner)
is a young and dynamic chartered accountant. He is instrumental in guiding the firm in adopting new and emerging technologies and bringing about changes in the area of processes and procedures on par with international standards.
CA T Vivekananda Reddy (Audit Manager)
Is associated with the firm as a full time employee since 2015. He has experience in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits and Process Reviews. He has handled audits of listed and closely held Public companies, Private Limited companies and non-corporate entities. He possesses good experience in sectors such as infrastructure, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Power sectors.Sectors
